1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Here we also cover similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage.
2. What we use on this website
Technical (no consent needed):
- Cookie panel (Complianz): stores the preferences you choose in the cookie notice (cmplz_* cookies, 1 year).
- Website operation (WordPress and LiteSpeed cache): only for team members who log in to the admin panel; none are set for visitors.
- Chat assistant (LaPera Marketing, on behalf of Control Immobles): sets no cookies; it uses the browser’s session storage to keep the conversation while you browse, which is deleted when you close the tab.
- Google reviews (Trustindex): shows our Google reviews; it sets no cookies, although your browser connects to its servers to load them.
Third-party, only if you accept them:
- YouTube (Google): video on the home page. Cookies such as YSC, VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE and PREF (from session to 8 months).
- TikTok: videos on the home page. Cookies such as tt_webid, ttwid and tt_csrf_token (from session to 1 year).
- Google Maps: map on the contact page.
Until you accept them, you will see a notice in their place to enable them. These services may process data outside the European Economic Area (see the Privacy policy).
WhatsApp and social media buttons: these are normal links; they set nothing until you click them and go to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, which apply their own policies.
Analytics and advertising: this website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

You can accept, reject or change your preferences at any time here:
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings (“Privacy” or “Help” section). If you block all of them, some parts of the website may not work properly.
